The junk removal process in a nutshell
- You contact us and explain what you need removed. Photos help.
- We respond with an estimation of the cost.
- You agree and we schedule a time to come out (as early as same day).
- I show up with my truck and remove the item.
- You pay using a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Am Ex, Discover), paypal, or cash.
- We leave with the removed junk and take it to be processed for maximum recycling yield.
- Your junk becomes something else and stays out of the landfill.
- Maybe you choose to leave us a review online. 😉 <- That’s a wink.

A little more in depth junk removal
You contact us with a picture or description of what you want removed. This could be just a single picture with a description of an item like the photo and caption to the right. It could also be a series of pictures for a larger job that gives us the ability to better estimate the costs for you prior to coming out.
You: Junk removal price for 2 couches in Gainesville? Me: $125 and I could be there today. When would you like me to come?
The pictures aren’t required and you can always just contact us for a free estimate with or without photos. Our family strives to respond to inquiries within hours at the latest and during the day (when available) we do our best to respond to junk removal inquiries in minutes.
Next we respond and give you our estimation of the cost with a range it could move in depending on what the difficulty level of removal is and any unforeseen expenses like unknown stairs. If you agree to the price we come out and give a finalized estimate before we start working to remove anything. You are welcome to ask any questions along the way for clarification. After we agree on the final cost the junk will be moved by me and any help I have with me at the time. Once the junk is in the truck we will go over the bill with you and accept payment. You will get a receipt for the transaction upon request.
Then we leave and process your junk into recyclables and or refurnished goods to minimize landfill impact and environmental damage. We also reserve the right to donate furniture and or appliances or other useful items to charity or those in need.
